I would recommend Sogolytics for it's ease of use, good templates, excellent question formats, and ease of sending out surveys and lastly depth of reporting capabilities.

I really admire the translation ability. As opposed to conventional options like Google Forms, where you must use the browser to translate a web page - SurveyHero makes it abundantly clear to users of varying languages they, too, can participate how they see fit.
