Spinalogic is a software developed to automate your Chiropractic Centre. It can help automate these areas that will assist a practice to focus more on the patient than administrative tasks: clinical notes, appointments, care plans, billing methods, clinical review lists, exercise management, practice flow management, and more.

• We supply a comprehensive set of dictionaries based on current best-practice, for every part of the clinical record to get you started. All dictionaries can be fully customized to suit your style of practice.
Appointments
• Calendar made for chiropractors, with the ability to schedule multiple appointments across a line, drag and drop appointments, and live updates.
• Online appointment booking and rescheduling are supported.
Care Plans
• You can choose to schedule different appointment types at different intervals, for example 6th visit as a review appointment, with care plan scheduling automatically taking into account any staff or patient holidays.
Billing Methods
• Membership billing - automatic payment deductions on a weekly, 2 weekly, 3 weekly, 4 weekly, 6 weekly or monthly schedule.
• ZeroTouch billing - automatically charges the patient's card once their adjustment is completed.
Self Serve Check Out
• The practice can still open with Self Serve Check out if the chiropractic assistant is absent, due to sickness or unexpected circumstances.

• Experts eliminate the need for extensive staff training and memory management. Using our practice ‘experts’, even new staff will never miss another step and always do things right. They also document staff knowledge for easy replication, meaning there is no loss of knowledge with loss of staff.

Practice Flow Management
• Patients register their arrival in your office at an arrival station near your front door). Spinalogic then triages them – delivering any admin or educational documents you have scheduled, sending them to examination or adjusting for their scheduled care, stopping them if required for admin reasons at the front desk, all without any CA involvement. If the patient is to be adjusted, Spinalogic maintains them in a priority queue and calls them over loudspeakers to the right room or table when it’s their turn.
Priority Queue
• Spinalogic tracks the arrival time of patients and places them in the calling queue according to their timeliness.
X Ray Analysis
• Quickly import your images to Spinalogic then just click on a series of anatomical landmarks on your image. Spinalogic then draws in the lines and calculates a set of detailed measurements that are displayed alongside the normal values for your reference.
