StarChapter is great for organizations because it allows them to keep everything in one place: their website, communications, members/contacts, events, registration, and even the ability to take payments.

I’d rate Star Chapter a 5 out of 10, primarily due to the absence of a live support desk during business hours. When an issue arises, I don’t need a solution 24 hours later—I need real-time assistance so I can resolve the problem and get on with my day.

The inability to change the REPLY TO in all instances is horrible as people generally trash emails received from unknown or unidentified users like those that read "info".
