Clinical documentation includes encrypted SOAP notes and an AI powered scribe feature called Clio that converts voice memos into structured clinical records. Payment infrastructure enables acceptance of online payments, sale of physical and digital products, and invoicing management with a leading payment gateway. Communication capabilities encompass SMS reminders, email confirmations, automated workflows, and customizable templates with branding options. A hosted website builder offers AI assisted content creation, custom domain support, and preset design themes.
