What is Stillpoint?
Stillpoint is a cloud practice-management workspace for wellness practitioners and clinics. It connects scheduling, intake, documentation, billing, client communication, and practice websites.
Booking and scheduling: publish a branded booking page with services, practitioners, locations, and availability. Manage recurring appointments, group classes, waitlists, and multiple practitioner calendars. Connect Google or Outlook calendars and send appointment reminders.
Client care and billing: keep client records, intake forms, clinical notes, appointments, invoices, and payment tracking together. Give clients access to a secure portal. Stripe supports payment processing, with processing fees separate from the software subscription.
Website and communication: build a practice website, connect a custom domain, customize booking and email content, and use email automations and re-engagement tools. Reporting helps practices review appointments, clients, and business activity.
AI and optional services: Clio is the included AI practice assistant for setup and routine work. AI Scribe is a separate paid add-on for draft clinical notes that practitioners review. Teletherapy video, compensation management, and Stillpoint Social for Instagram and Facebook publishing are also optional paid add-ons.
Onboarding and pricing: import service and team details from an existing website or booking link, review the draft, and import client records separately. A free plan and a 14-day trial are available. Paid plans share the core feature set and scale by practitioners who see clients, while front desk and admin staff remain free. Billing is month to month, with separate charges for optional add-ons and some usage-based services.
