Surveys and polls can be distributed to customers via text in order to collect valuable marketing data and build out customer profiles further. Know when a customer interacts with content in messages through tracking when they click on links. Straightxt comes with an easy to understand admin dashboard that displays real time analytics, so businesses can understand how well their text campaigns are performing and adjust accordingly. Detailed reports can also be generated in order to compare performance across different marketing channels.
