SurveyCTO enables field service professionals to capture data, such as media files, audio clips, QR codes, GPS positions, signatures, and device sensor data. Administrators can configure user roles, permission rights, public-key encryption, and single sign-on to ensure user and data protection. Supervisors can automatically monitor incoming data, classify surveys, manage reviews, and conduct quality checks.
SurveyCTO enables organizations to integrate the platform with several third-party solutions, such as Zapier, Gmail, ArcGIS, Salesforce, and Power BI.
