Good. Accomplished what we needed to do. I liked the reporting feature which gave a great summary with graphs.
Being able to use the Survey Monkey for a quick and easy survey - 10 questions or less. Was a little difficult to get started.
No telephone support. Had a little difficulty with trying to be sure we weren't going to be charged after using the FLEX option as the FLEX feature was not listed as a service. .

I was really impressed and compelled by the abilities and modules but was put-off by the pricing.
A really impressive set of features and modules that can flex to your specific needs. It’s also very customizable , aesthetically.
A little aggressive with the pricing and feature-baiting. I almost wish you could micro-transact certain features.

The company uses this for both internal and external purposes and it has provided a excellent tool for feedback.
Survey Monkey is easy to setup and use and provides a solid platform with which to query either external customers and clients or internal employees. Get quick and responsive feedback on any topic in multiple and a variety of formats with great reporting options available as well.
I haven't really experienced any cons with the platform or software. There were a few times I would have liked a few more options to gather types of responses but overall it provides great flexability.
