True Review is easy to integrate into your business. Capturing reviews are essential.

People are much more likely to leave a bad review and rarely take the time to leave a good review on their own. This is detrimental for a small business.

Currently that is no longer saved/auto populated.

The only con I would say is that there's no custom monthly plan for the amount of reviews sent out.
