We have gotten creative with our use (selling tickets for bus trips as merch through ThunderTix, etc.) and that has streamlined quite a few of our antiquated systems.

My two favorite things about ThunderTix is the ease of setting up an event and venue map.   And the reporting features!

The front-end is maybe not the prettiest piece of a website, and it's a little bit difficult to integrate into our brand. But, super easy to set up!

Either way is very straight-forward and allows you to check-in guests and get them to their seats much faster (or the concession stand!!)

We have been using ThunderTix for 2 concert seasons.

There are some features that make me think this might not be a great product for huge companies, but for our purposes, it really is quite perfect.

It also has all of the features we need and want, including the new Membership capability.

I've never had ANY issues... and when there are issues, more often than not, there's a fix or a feature update that addresses the issue in the not too distant future.

While the report options are comprehensive, it is a bit confusing to know what reports will produce what data, and so while I am new to the site, I still have to hunt to figure out which ones I need and how to best display the needed information for tickets, and donations. But i'm learning!

ThunderTix is great with every aspect of ticketing.

ThunderTix has done everything we needed a ticketing platform to- and then some. When we discover something that we would like to see integrated, ThunderTix is easy to work with and almost always is able to find a solution or addition to their program.

To my knowledge, this section located in "checkout options" has limited customizability.

Patron database is top-notch and helpful, ordering tickets online is simple and easy for patrons.

I had explored a few different sites and this one was the easiest to set up, with consistent, kind and useful instructions from the support team with any questions or needs I had.
