Pros

Thundertix has been great to work with. The software responds to our needs and the ability to customise it to suit our needs and configurations is so helpful.
If I were running my own business this would be the first program I'd have in mind to utilize. The support/service team is excellent and I hope to maintain a good relationship with them.
We love the ability to have multi level tickets, ticket discounts & the ability to customize tickets in detail. Love the reserving ability for seats and that it is controlled by us and not the public.

Pros

VERY USER FRIENDLY, EASY TO MAKE CHANGES, AMAZING HELP CENTER ANY QUESTIONS YOU CAN THINK OF IT THERE WITH STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO.
M so glad we chose Roller as our software provider. They provide excellent customer support and i would recommend Roller to any business.
Customer service is super friendly and go out of their way to try and find ways to make sure your experience is the best.

Cons

For years we had general seating and people waiting in line to enter the theatre. Patrons would begin saving rows of seats causing much ill will and frustration.
With this software we were able to run our online ticket sales ourselves. Eliminating the middle person that was charging us a ridiculous amount of money.
For example, we can't offer a percent off the entire transaction, without manually discounting the purchase. Also, I am frustrated that I can't just call someone who knows the software well.

Cons

Maybe were not getting the most of of all features that we pay for currently.
You wouldn’t think it’d be hard to find in 2019, but it WAS.
It is difficult for them to solve challenges for different markets. Individual functions/improvements can hardly be made.
