It's very easy for punters to use, and I, as the event organiser am able to manage my own bookings very effectively. The help services are very quickly responsive and positive.

This can be a bit embarrassing for us, and it risks double bookings, if we then sell more tickets by other means.

The only small criticism I would make is with regard to the ticket printer which every now and again stops working.

In my opinion giving the fact that the interface can be integrated into social media sites is a godsend. I look forward to using the website in the future, for years to come.

The site hangs at the point of purchase locking up tickets at the worst time as people make multiple attempts. Many, many, many fields and dates reflect London standards and not the US.

Overall I find Ticket Source excellent and find website integration very easy.

My main issue is the commission charges, which add up to hundreds of pounds for us so we have used an alternative self-hosted system (Stageshow WordPress plugin) instead.

The features of this tool are excellent and easy to use. I did not get any issue to sale tickets during the campaign running time.

There are a lot of moving parts to this software. It can be confusing to figure out what you need for your own business at times.

The current ticket limit is 1,000, and this has occasionally made us run into problems when we are trying to fill an audience of more than that.

Good for grassroots events and conferences, simple pricing structure that doesn't take much math to understand.

Potential cons would be limited features, although they have enough to get the job done. There is also a ticketing limit of 1000, which can be a problem if your event is on the larger side.

It can facilitate large group purchases which makes planning events with a group, a breeze. It integrated with Facebook which makes it easy for use.
