What is TicketSource?

TicketSource is a free, professional-level online ticket sales system that’s incredibly easy-to-use and affordable to all. Promote, sell and manage any event in any venue.

Key benefits of using TicketSource

  • Organizers can create an onscreen seating plan for any size, shape or layout of venue from which customers can select specific seats - or use a simple quota for general admission.

  • TicketSource event booking web screens can be fully branded to match that of the event organizer or venue.

  • Organizers can choose to offers discount codes, VIP tickets, and more, and can accept payments in GBP, USD and EUR.

    Pros
    Various reports which are really useful. We love it, and will be encouraging our audiences to use Ticket Source much more in the future.
    I am pleased to say that nothing like this has happened and the feedback we have had so far is very favourable.
    And it has just got better and better as time goes on. We've made some suggestions and seen them implemented which is great.
    Cons
    This can be a bit embarrassing for us, and it risks double bookings, if we then sell more tickets by other means.
    The only small criticism I would make is with regard to the ticket printer which every now and again stops working.
    The site hangs at the point of purchase locking up tickets at the worst time as people make multiple attempts. Many, many, many fields and dates reflect London standards and not the US.

    My experience of using Ticketsource for setting up Dulwich Players bookings

    I have only used Ticketsource two or three times so far, but on the whole I find it a useful and relatively easy to use tool. It took me a little while to get used to it, being mainly a case of trial and error, as there are no real guidance notes; but some advice from a previous user helped considerably.     Could be simplified?

    Could be simplified for ease of use. It would be good if free places didn't have to pay a booking fee. We want to include free spaces on at our events so they are accessible, but if folk still have to input credit card details etc. and pay a fee it doesn't really work.
