I recently had a performer cancel on me, and when I paused ticket sales, and informed customers through Ticketsource, the team got in touch to let me know they would refund both the ticket price and the booking fee direct to my customers.

As an event hoster, I find creating their listings intuitive, the fee they charge very low and reasonable (meaning I can feel comfortable offsetting this for customers to pay) and their staff communication when contacted swift and helpful.

Our event sold out two months before it took place, but we were unable to access the funds until the event had completed, meaning we had to pay for staff/ sound/ lights etc out of our own pockets then get paid back by the platform.
