There was inadequate support when I didn't receive a payment.

Sys. Admin

its customization options, allowing event organizers to tailor ticketing pages to their branding needs

Office Manager

With TicketSpice, it is eliminating HOURS of my time each week and I feel it will increase our sales since it will be a timely decision for interested parties.

Managing Member Business Developement

We can get good data, test out coupon codes in different advertising campaigns and see what our ROI is.

The reporting isn't the best. While it's nice to be able to customize some reports, the system is missing a lot of basic options that most other softwares have.

There are a ton of customizable features that help make your event ticketing process a success.

Ticketspice looks super sleek on the front end and has a lot of design options.

I love the variety of ticketing options, and once you learn the software, it is super user friendly on the backend.

Others mention minor technical issues with embedding or report generation

Founder

What I liked least about TicketSpice was the unexpectedly high processing fees we incurred.

it’s helping our business sell tickets easier than ever.

As a non-profit organization, this unexpected cost significantly impacts our budget.

Owner

The membership vs passes can be confusing

Creative Director

I used TicketSpice for a charity event and had an amazing experience.

I worked with [sensitive content hidden] a few times and he built my confidence in building this platform.

President Owner

A bit confusing in the beginning BUT I am not "techy" at all.

Extremely pleased, customer service is a text away, they’re helpful, real people.

I really appreciate how user friendly that part is.

Producer owner

From the moment I set it up, I felt like I could do it thanks to the support team.

Event Coordinator

The reports are detailed and the user side is friendly for non-tech-savvy attendees. But the best part about TicketSpice is the customer service!

Committee member

Used graphics and videos when necessary, to guide me through the questions I had.

Having WePay as their internal payment processor is possibly the biggest mistake.

Unfortunately ticketspice cannot help much if you encounter a problem with WePay

Admin

User-friendly platform & exceptional support!

Overall, I've had a good ticketing experience with TicketSpice.

Access to money raised prior to event was a must.

self

There is no explanation about how ticket transfers work. And then customer service doesn't even try to help other than tell you to talk to event organizer. But could have at least explained how transfers worked on their site. Or anything other than I can't do anything.

Dance Studio Owner

That there is no phone number that I am aware of to call.

Tech Coordinator

We don't get into any web-designing so being able to build an event from a template is so much easier for us.

Adding in the various layers of tickets, fees, and donations, truly gives us our needed flexibility.

Most of my time is spent entering everything over the course of about 30 days. Since I do all the ticketing for our events, there's always a learning curve to the start up.

Director Operations

I do wish the reporting was more dynamic.

Consultant

Took a little bit to understand the workflow.

We use the software for about 30 days to design our events for the season.

Using the software for a just short period of time per year and not knowing the many nuances to the software can be frustrating to sometimes figure out.

It was so helpful and made things less stressful.

President

As a non-webmaster guy, it was my rescue (with a little help from God, as I asked Him first) As I developed the site, and ran into bugs, the immediate text support, the how to articles and the “schedule a phone consult” features worked together to make RegFox a real event registration super sharp

Teacher

For example, the venue we used had their own ticketspice account, but since we were a separate group just using the venue on our own account, we had to create our own seating chart layout and could not import their existing seating layout.

Treasurer

The "Payouts" report needs to be refreshed from time to time to receive accurate information.

Ticket Lead

Having a multi-use ticket was a key deciding factor rather than needing many tickets for each person.

Director of Development

The pages he created include our logo, graphics, timed-ticketing, and catalog sales.

Hope they fix these for greater success !

Webmaster

It's set up for concerts and conventions and the like so there's some improvisation we have to do.

Again, having the online chat available almost 24/7 does make like easier, especially when in a jamb!

Sometimes it's a bit harder to get some issues fixed if I'm not the administrator on the account. Because I work for Drake Ventures and they are the administrators on the account we use. But the customer support is at least about to get me the information I will need to resolve whatever issue I am having.

Chapter Secretary

Scanning process does not work for our meeting requirements and almost a deal breaker.

Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist

Amazing customer service through the chat-- I had multiple situations where I needed fast answers, and the customer service team was knowledgeable, prompt, and accurate.

Executive Assistant

The RegFox team has helped so much to alleviate the stress and so responsive to any question or inquiry I have. While everyone I have talked to has been amazing, I must give a special thanks to [sensitive content hidden] who I have worked with the most for her patience and expertise in helping me navigate the system.
