I sell Season Seats to half the venue at my shows and TIX seems to be the only online system that knows how to handle this form of ticketing effortless for me year in and year out.

the least-liked aspect of Tix.com is the amount of manual work required for data entry and structural configuration, especially when dealing with specific ticketing scenarios.

Inability to sell gift certificates and for customers to exchange their own seats online (with or without a fee).

What I like the least is the lack of a few key features that other ticketing companies have such as the ability to sell gift cards.

It’s easy to set up, our concert is a benefit concert and it takes away from the money we donate. But it keeps all Infos from last concerts

How it's not very integrative with credit card readers.

We absolytely HATE being charged the $25 for the disputes that come through especially when they are settled in our favor.

There is so much to learn - I wish I had more time to explore all of the other areas that I am not currently familiar with using.

The website itself doesn't have a great UI and can be a bit clunky on mobile.

It’s pretty easy to use and the fees are reasonable. If I do have an issue I can call and someone gets back to me pretty quick.

I also like being able to make necessary changes without any issues.

Overall, Tix.com is a dependable and affordable ticketing platform backed by excellent support.

The tutorials are somewhat overwhelming and hard to follow.
