			The business problem that these products help me solve is really being able to get inside my prospect's mind. It's very important to find out what their motivations are, what stage of buying, or non-buying, they are at. And that's really what Google Forms or Typeform allows me to do.
			Google Forms is best for if you just want a basic survey to give to your clients for them to fill out. I really think that Google Forms is an easy way to do that. Typeform is more of an all encompassing business solution. I feel that it has more options for the consumer such as myself to really get inside the customers or prospective customers psyche, to be able to determine what exact level of need they are for your product or service. I feel like it is a little bit more complicated as far as that's concerned, so I can really get inside my prospect's mind. 
			How easy was it to get started? Fairly simple with both options. It just is a matter of knowing about the software, knowing about the websites, being able to follow directions on the thing and basically just implement. So for both options, very easy, very low or no cost to entry. 
			Top considerations for using this type of software, you really want to think what exactly what kind of prospects are you looking to get into your funnel if you're in sales, and I know I am being a personal trainer and independent business owner. So it depends what you want to do with the software. Do you want to be notified every time someone fills out a form? Do you want to have detailed questions that are habits based and allows the prospect to go down a specific funnel of questions? It all depends what exactly you want out of the product, which will determine whether you choose Google Forms, Typeform, or some latter product.

                                                       Both products have been really helpful in that I'm able to send out surveys to my target audience and learn more about them. So it's a really great tool for market research, enable to understand their pain points, their problems, get reviews on my services and just hear from them as to what they need more help with so that I can serve them better.
                                                       What I really like about Google Forms is that it's totally free and that it connects to my whole Google platform. So it's just in my drive. It's super easy to find. It's very user-friendly. People know how to use it. It logs them in with their Gmail to when they're filling out the form. It's just simple and it's free, which I love.
                                                       I love Typeform because it actually just has one question on the screen, so from a user interface perspective or user experience perspective, it's really simple to just answer one question at a time. It doesn't overwhelm you and it looks really pretty, truthfully.
                                                       Both products actually had a very easy setup process. You really just get to pick what type of question you want to ask, how you want it to be answered, whether it's a long-form, a short-form, multiple-choice, et cetera. Like whether you want it required, very easy. Both of them very easy to use.
                                                       So top considerations when choosing software like this, I would say would be branding. How well do you want it to match your brand? If you care if it has any type of other watermarks on it, et cetera. How likely people are to use it based on how easy it is? Are they Google users? Do they just need a link to a different form, et cetera? I think that would be it. Otherwise, they're really great options, no matter what you need.
