For example, one of our scheduling rules has a 4 hour minimum scheduling requirement. IF I want to allow someone to come in within two hours, I should be able to make that schedule without editing the scheduling rules, which is what I have to do now.

I took advantage of the free trial and I enjoyed it so much that I recommended it to my boss.

There is no administrator role that can override defined restrictions. If I am on the phone with a client trying to reschedule a meeting, I should be able to override the rules and make the appointment.

I also don't like that folks can't choose between 30 minute meetings and 60 minute meetings.
