Zoho does come with a lot of features, that are really helpful for a CRM tool. In addition, you get what you have paid for. No more, no less. It does also do its work considerably well. Nothing wrong with this, if you are looking for a CRM tool and are willing to pay for it
From what I can see, there are other tools, that offer the same or even better functionally for much lower costs or even for free. We have been going on using Bitrix24 in its free version for quite some time now and never had any issues with it. In addition, the support of Zoho could be way better, than it actually is.

We were earlier using Zoho CRM, but it was very costly. Even to get Kanban boards in Leads we were asked to buy a more premium plan. We are currently investing a fraction of what we were investing on Zoho in Bitrix24.
Bitrix has tons of features at a fraction of the cost that other companies are providing.
The system doesn't very well integrate with Gmail/outlook. At max, it allows you to fetch email for 90days(their peak plan). Also the event calender doesn't sync properly.

Bitrix24 is one of the best CRM / Project Management tools in my opinion, with simple and elegant User Interface. The simple design makes everyone on the team, regardless of their technical skills, to contribute and do their parts easily. I can’t think of any modern team that doesn’t like Bitrix24’s nice designs.
As far as I know, the price for Bitrix24 is understandingly higher than other CRM software (eg ZOHO). To make it more affordable for smaller companies, hopefully the price can go down a bit.
Actually, Zoho is a lot more expensive, since Zoho charges $20-$65 per each CRM user. Compare that to flat $99 pricing that Bitrix24 offers. This gives you up to 50 CRM users, which is $2 per user. You can easily save 90% by switching from Zoho to Bitrix24.

We ultimately went in another direction after testing Bitrix24. I'm sure that it works well for other users, but we liked Zoho CRM a lot better and felt a lot more comfortable with the documentation and support.
The software is extremely inexpensive. There is a fair amount of functionality at all levels of the membership plans.
I didn't like the interface very much. It seemed a bit ugly and dated throughout, and it didn't fully do what we needed to do regarding pipelines, etc.

I've tested a bunch of 'free' CRM options and found that only two (Bitrix24 and Hubspot) are really free. All others (Zoho, Insightly) severely limit their free versions. The number of features you get in Bitrix24 is truly astounding.
I love that the free version includes everything - telephony, email marketing, quotes, invoices, web forms, tasks projects and documents
All features are bundled together. There's no way to get CRM or project management separately.

Bitrix 24 is a unique system that provides most of what I need to run my small business. The collaboration features are excellent and it promotes collaboration on social networking style, away from the classic email systems. The telephony feature was a deciding factor for me, with very comprehensive solution for my business needs. The CRM, though it is simple, but sufficient for me with very flexible and easy to use setup. The UI is very neat and responsive, and the system overall runs very smoothly using different Internet speeds.
Collaboration, telephony and user interface it"s a free system! Yes, it is. Allowing you to start your company with minimum cost and then you start to invest when you grow beyond 12 users. And after that you pay fixed monthly fee for unlimited number of users.
CRM can get more functionalities for the free version (I hope)

I've been working in Bitrix 24 for about 7 years. Mostly for the team (time tracking) and task management.
We successfully managing more than 10 clients with CRM+ plan (6 users with 50GB space). Free trial, easy to use CRM.
I didn't find any major issues. Definitely, there is a room for UX improvement.

Bitrix24 charges USD61 /month (from time to time we can have sales dropping the price) for an entry-level; while softwares like Zoho charges only USD12/month.

Great CRM for small to medium sized companies.
Free CRM that works well for small to medium sized companies. Full tool set is cloud-hosted which is very useful.
All of the features are bundled together. Difficult to separate the CRM or PMS. Not much comes to mind, very basic.

I decided not to go with Bitrix24 because simply I was overwhelmed with how many options there were. I prefer integrations.
Bitrix24 seemed to have a lot of great qualities and integration options.
I was interested in this CRM system for a while, but implementation was confusing.
