Love it! A much better alternative to Zoho.
I love the ease of use of this product. It is so easy to create projects and tasks. I love that you can easily add people to asks. The filter system is great too! Love the screenshot/make a task feature and the chrome extension.
I don't like that you have to install the extension to make the logging time function work. I also don't like that you have to add the log time column separately, it should be a default on the dashboard.

Best CRM to use
The ease and the best customer service team ClickUp offers. ClickUp is the best system I have in place to keep me and my clients organized. It's a breeze to use. Integrates well with my Google calendar
I have not cons to report. You can suggest anything to ClickUp and they'll (within time) may use your suggestion

Onboarded this software with a team of 6 staff - experience was great and we were up and running within the first week and staff have been customising to suit their work style. Very flexible and easy to use
Fantastic intuitive software that integrates project management, email and calendar
Would love it to include better CRM features (not a weakness but more a feature request)

It's a quiet all-in-one app, I use it for project management, docs, team communication and goal tracking.
At times configuration can become difficult, I faced this issue with the CRM and lead management setup.

It's helping me start a small busines CRM and track projects.
ClickUp has all the features of other project management software and has a great free version- can't beat it. You can easily create the same system you have on monday.com on clickup and not pay anything.
There's a bit more of a learning curve to use it than say, monday.com.

Extremely satisfied and have already recommended this tool as a CRM for our clients
ClickUp has been quick in updating their integrations and are consistently putting out improvements with occasional bugs that show up in the way.
ClickUp has a spreadsheet view that is still behind Google Spreadsheet and Microsoft Excel

Experience is great. I was able to recreate most of my process without external tools.
I was able to bring here all my project management from Asana and CRM from Insightly.
From soloist perspective who tries to use it also as a CRM I think they miss some features to better determine relationship between entities (tasks)

Overall, ClickUp has been the real PPM deal on my end.
I like how ClickUp combines CRM, collaboration, task and project management tools in one single repository.
There are few issues that the vendor should rectify. For instance, they should incorporate offline access.

We have a LOT of repeating work so this is a huge feature for us.
I love the ease of using the software and how quickly I can deploy work.
Not really a con but need to know more about the integrations for this software - really need to hook it up to a CRM

When I first started using ClickUp I was thinking, not enough piece of software that looks good but doesn't do what I need. However, I was surprised how easy UpClick helped me to organise my projects and quickly see the people who was making more traction and those that needed additional support. I can clearly see deadlines, create tasks which align with my business growth goals and delete tasks that do nothing for my bottom line with ease. I am getting much more done without the analysis paralysis.
I was hoping there was a team feature that could. Easy CRM functionalities would be ideal as that way I could tie projects to people

Before ClickUp, I tried Trello, Asana, Basecamp, Monday, and AirTable for project management. I used Trello the longest but switched to AirTable because I just really dislike the look of Trello and didn't find it customizable enough. It got complicated toward the end with all the power-ups, etc. But ClickUp had everything I needed AND MORE and I love the look and layout of it. I find it very easy to use and customize, and it's been super easy to add my freelance assistant to projects (at no extra cost). The recent addition of automations was a bonus. I'm thrilled with this product!
I found ClickUp very easy to set up and use. I'm impressed by the degree of customization available and I like the freedom to choose the type of view/layout I prefer for each component. The aesthetic is far more appealing to me than Trello.
I'm not fond of the calendar integration. I'd like to be able to schedule events instead of just tasks. I love ClickUp so much that I wish it had a CRM aspect so I could use it for my entire business. An invoicing/quoting feature would be nice, too, but I'd be fine without it if there was a CRM component.

Very positive. Clickup is fast & reliable, with a a growing feature-set and help is good when & if required.
Well featured project management system & good value. I love that ClickUp is available on almost all platforms - I use it on Web, Mac & iOS. Changes made in one place sync to all other platforms immediately. The platform is updated most weeks, therefore, the feature-set is growing fast.
There is no concept of a 'customer', therefore it is difficult to sync properly with CRM &/or Accounts systems. This means invoicing is completely separated from job management.

For me, ClickUp made it easy to manage projects. Thereby, it is a perfect tool to manage tasks. In addition, also as CRM ClickUp works surprisingly well.
When we decided to switch to ClickUp, I first did not see why this was necessary. However, ClickUp is a tool that is easy to learn and intergrate. It is very efficient and I appreciate that you can combine it with almost all other softwares.
In the beginning I had sometimes a hard time navigating and finding everything.

I can help to get my team to be better organized with our projects. I use the apps as my CRM and create action lists that improve my effectiveness.
Its features are very robust and powerful. Handy to make changes. It can be used for many different purposes and it has a lot of great templates to guide you. There are plenty of video clips on internet that can help you to learn about the apps.
Although it has a Connet with ClickUp function, you can hardly found help from them. I sent them messages, their response time is so long and I couldn't even remember what I had asked. And I could not trace back to what messages I had sent. This is the worst part of ClickUp.

I love management of my tasks in the desktop app. Especially the ability to drag and drop documents and attach my Google Drive documents into the tasks. When the IOS app is up to snuff, this will be my favorite platform
I absolutely love the desktop version of this software. It has everything I need to create and manage a very efficient system for my CRM and personal time and task management.
The IPad version of this app has a multitude of missing features that make it almost useless. I start most of my tasks on the iPad and to finish the task management, I must migrate to the desktop to drag and drop tasks on the boards, or to set recurring tasks. Basic stuff that is missing.
