SalesForce is a powerful CRM tool that can help you grow your business!

2018-05-10

SalesForce is great for keeping control of contact with your customers and prospects.

Pros

Multiple users can access all of the company's customer records and prospect records to help eliminate wasted or duplicate efforts.

Cons

It is on the expensive side, so you might look at a more affordable program like Zoho CRM. And SalesForce may not be as adaptable to your needs as some other CRM programs.

Great Features and Customer Service

2017-10-25

Pros

We were using Zoho CRM which was doing the job.

Cons

The only concern was the price point of Salesforce compared to Zoho CRM which was what we were using before switching over.

Very expensive and hard to setup and configure

2018-07-08

Pros

Cloud based softwrae so no need to install something and accessible everywhere at anytime. Nice and easy to use... only if set up well.

Cons

The demo of the software was very nice but once we decided to move form Zoho CRM to Salesforce, it was another thing.

Best CRM but Costly and Hard to Use

2019-03-26

We have recently switched over to Zoho CRM at the end of 2018 and we love the functionality of Zoho vs. the clunkiness and coding that it takes to have the same functions in Salesforce.

Pros

Salesforce is a system that I have used for over 5 years now. I love it's functionality and ways that it can help me to find prospects and potential opportunities that I would have never found without the help of the software.

Cons

The thing I like least about Salesforce is that it is very hard to manage as a small business owner. There is a need for a professionally certified Salesforce technician and this means that I am always having to spend more money to find one of these people when I am looking for new functions in my CRM.
