Zoho is a great entry level sales CRM tool. I would highly suggest it for smaller organizations and sales teams. Zoho makes it easy to record sales activities and calls.
Many other software don't have integrations setup with Zoho. I would suggest Salesforce for a larger/growing sales team.

Caveat: I do not use Zoho often. It's used by our sales team and I interact with it intermittently as a marketing person. It does keep track of contacts for sales, and seems to have full features for sales functions at a much better price than Salesforce.
My problem with Zoho is that it does not play well with marketing and email tools. You can't export info from it via API, so it's all manual.

One of the best cloud-based CRM helps in every face of Customer engagement Marketing, Sales and Customer Service.
ZohoCRM can be a little complicated for general users for setup and also lacks some features available in some of the most used CRMs.

If you are a SMB looking for a great CRM for your sales team this is the one to have. Much more cost-effective than Salesforce and just as feature-rich.
Love the power of the CRM and that it can be expanded as my business grows. Contains of of the features you need in a powerful CRM for a sales team.
Honestly there is not anything that I DO NOT like about this product - the support and training is outstanding.

I think it's a great software and is integral to a successful sales cycle.
Zoho offers same day support and incredible functionality. It is a very solid software and is a sister to salesforce. It has many features and compatibility with other software integral for lead generation and the sales cycle
This software is really solid. The customer service took away my complaints by offering solutions.

I've been using Zoho CRM for months now and I am very happy
Anyone is sales need an efficient and affordable CRM. Zoho CRM is it! User friendly, affordable and packed with ALL the features you'd find in much more expensive CRM such as Salesforce. Try Zoho CRM. You'll be happy!
None that I can think of other than I regret not using it sooner : )

ZOHO provided everything I needed to stay in close communication with and make notes for customers. Allowed me to create and keep track of sales pipelines efficiently and is a good alternative to Salesforce at a lower cost.
The user interface feels a bit clunky and out of date in comparison to Salesforce, and could use a makeover in terms of design. I've spent a lot of time on this platform and there is plenty that it is capable of, and my biggest gripe is how the web design feels like it is caught in the 1990s.

A good option for small business owners and sales teams on a budget.
Zoho, and it's suite of applications, is a create cloud service for small businesses needing an affordable alternative to some of the big players. Zoho CRM is part of this suite. Beyond the usual CRM pipeline features (sales tracking, email campaigns, telephone options and social integrations), Zoho's CRM software also provides users with a Live Chat option and portals to connect with customers,...
Really, the only con with Zoho CRM is it's not as big a player as Salesforce (sales) or Hubspot or Infusionsoft (marketing), and so you may not find as many integration options as you would with a more well known CRM system.

It is hard to argue with the price, I was using the free version. It did the bare minimum a CRM should be used for but not much else.
I had been using salesforce previously, I found that salesforce just had much more capabilities when it came to automation.

As a small medium business it gets the job done, pretty well. However, as you grow your sales team into a more complex operation, you may have to look into more sophisticated CRMs like Hubspot and Salesforce.
It is effortless to customize and provides a lot of in depth features to tailor your crm to your sales operation. It is intuitive and easy to use. It counts with excellent customer support.
It does not integrate effectively with other saas tools. It has been designed as part of the Zoho One Suite.

Overall Zoho CRM is a wonderful tool and can be gamechanger for any budding business. Zoho CRM will definitely help in better account management and improve sales.
The Software comes with incredible features like: - Single source for all the client details - Document/KYC management - Cloud access - Automate reply and follow-ups - Analyze sales performance and data
Although Zoho CRM is a great tool and a feature loaded tool but it lacks the analytics report. User need to define the reporting requirements by using Zoho analytics.

The Zoho CRM is very easy to learn. Zoho CRM is a comprehensive sales and marketing automation software. It helps sales and marketing teams get organized, collaborate, and track their progress. It has a built-in email marketing system and can be integrated with other software such as Salesforce and Google Sheets. Zoho CRM is affordable and can be used by small businesses and startups.
Almost nothing. It's difficult to say what I don't like because it's a one-stop-shop for customer relationship management. Support can be difficult at times because the team isn't always helpful, and you'll have to follow up on a few mail trails before getting a resolution.

Ease of use. Great price for a start up
We used the free version and it was very easy to be self taught. Ease of use was a definite plus for our team.
It didn't seem to have all the features of salesforce plus it wasn't as well known to put down on your resume as salesforce.

Great easy to use CRM. Cloud based and great mobile app which would increase the productivity of Sales teams. Furthermore has great analytics capabilities. Many integrations available to develop rich functions.
I like the simple UI of the CRM and the responsive web interface. The intuitive CRM module and the ease of entering the leads in to to system
Login OTP experience could be further improved. However the built in capability to integrate with a OTP mobile app has reduced the issues.

Cheaper and just as much customization as salesforce.
You can make a CRM for your self while making other CRMs for your clients. It is one of the best and most customization CRM solutions I have ever seen.
The support is a little slower than salesforce but really it isn't that bad.

I have used multiple CRM systems including ZoHo and Spiro and they don't come close to Salesforce.
The features and benefits available to track contacts, accounts, pipeline, goals, training, activity, are second to known. It is the most robust and integrated CRM I have ever worked with.
Sometimes the depth and breadth of the software itself can be extremely overwhelming if you have never used it before.

SalesForce is great for keeping control of contact with your customers and prospects.
Multiple users can access all of the company's customer records and prospect records to help eliminate wasted or duplicate efforts.
It is on the expensive side, so you might look at a more affordable program like Zoho CRM. And SalesForce may not be as adaptable to your needs as some other CRM programs.

Salesforce is an excellent option when migrating traditional enterprises onto cloud-based CRM systems. Enterprises need to feel confident in CRM / Cloud, and Salesforce does this very well when compared to other CRM tools such as Zoho.
Salesforce is definitely still the most professional/solid cloud-based CRM tool - and that ensures Enterprises that want 'CRM in the cloud' will always use it. It's a very good system, which feels robust and wont fall-over.
I think Salesforce should provide more functionality at its core, rather than 'outsourcing' this responsibility to 3rd party marketplace vendors. For example, when GDPR arrived, did Salesforce incorporate this fully within Salesforce core? No, they relied on 3rd party vendors to create new solutions.
