It's providing very optimistic and useful features like Facebook and other social media platform.
They also have the insensitivity of not informing what their list price is, many of the clients probably don't even know that they use drupal, an opensource software.
Great company to partner with. Extremely responsive and supportive.
For open source/self hosted version there are many features missing.
The monthly sessions with our customer success manager [SENSITIVE CONTENT] are very nice for getting additional support in terms of developing and expanding the community.
Although open social works on Drupal (which is an open source CRM) it's not that easy to get off the beaten track.
Opens Source, very well featured, and easy to setup and use using Platform.sh. Support from the OpenSocial team is very good, are they are always on had to assist.
I can afford very little in the development stage but believe once fully in production can develop enough income via a advert model to pay for additional tech.
High quality customer service, responsive to questions, and thorough in their approach to learning our business needs.
The handover is realy quick and the documentation realy helfull with a great hotline. The tool is powerfull due to the open-source licence we can add our own features very simply.
The interface is very concise and clear, easy to understand and get hands-on.
We needed to create a regional social network for a smart cities initiative, and Open Social was incredibly easy to deploy and set up.

I will maintain, as I always do, Gladstone tech support are fantastic and were nothing but patient, understanding and helpful. You have some outstanding support staff.
The initial Plus2 platform hadn't had any major developments in recent years, which was disappointing.
Ease of improvement through the screens. Ability to make refund/amendments without logging out someone completely and then logging in someone else with authority.
Once we have these we wont need Plus 2. Using both gets confusing.
The reporting functionality (eyeQ) is comprehensive and enables us to effectively analyse our business streams in a streamlined and accurate way, which benefits the entire business.
I believe that they are ahead of the rest of the UK market in working that partnership for mutual benefit. I find them easy to work with, responsive and well integrated with our sector.
My experience with Gladstone360 has been excellent and we have been steadly rolling it our to our business over the last year, with Gladstones assistance.
I like that the software is now web based and the new functionality within 360. Also the ability now to run the software on tablets and mobile devices.
Software is very flexible and suit the needs of 80% of our business. Come with a wide variety of functionality topped off with a good reporting tool.
I like the aspect, integration with ipads make it really easy to check members in.
Each user trained has been able to navigate around G360 with a degree of confidence.
The ease of use - on a basic level for day to day operations this application works across all user levels from the more nervous to the most capable.
The software is easy to use and can be rolled out in exisiting environments, which means a low cost to get the software operational with end users.

Number crunching is easy and the team are on hand to help if there is something i can't work out. This is the best part of the software.
One early problem was hunted down and fixed where other providers would have given up.
The staff are so friendly and always willing to help. This is one of the main reason why I felt comfortable investing a small charity money in this system.
The company is willing to listen to feedback, suggest ways to solve your problem, assist when required or put it as part of a future development.
I find having all our data in one place amazing, the features that this system has to offer is something that can’t be found anywhere else.
It was fresh out from a re-design and this made it one of the most effective user interfaces. We were able to control the way we managed our children and their guardians.
Ease of running reports. Rep very supportive in running bespoke reports as required.
Groop has saved us hours of work on spreadsheets, email and trying to collect subscriptions from individuals. We have found the support to be first rate.
Its so easy to use, reports are completed in seconds.
I can email and most problems are solved within the week. It is a much simpler system for our volunteers to navigate and is easy to use.

What I like most about Pulse software is that it is extremely easy to use. It helps our gym with reporting, scheduling, member management, personal training, employee management and so much more.
Whenever I try to switch networks, it almost always stops working and makes it so I have to reinstall the entire software package multiple times.
This makes it an excellent product to help "know your numbers" and evaluate your business.
There really isn't any part of the software that we don't like.
We now can offer more choices of training to our member which has been nice.

We are switching back to Daxko in November and we are all very excited to see our functionality improve and our membership numbers increase.
Staff had a very hard time catching on to how to use the program. Due to Personify's lack of response and problem solving we lost a large amount of money.
Refunds were easy to process. I liked that we had the ability to use contact tracking through the software to notify coworkers about issues with certain customers.
There are too many things that you can click on that are not necessary for our association to use. The subsystem names for membership types and programs/classes were more confusing.
Personify is a great tool to coordinate member specifics including but not limited to purchases and tenure. The reports feature is a great tool and easy to use.
This program tries to be all things to all kinds of organizations but it is a terrible fit for what I do.
We, however, have numerous integration points and are able to deliver a seamless single-sign-on experience for our customers, and in general are very satisfied customers.
This program is maddening from start to finish.
I liked the facility visit reports for members, they were very detailed and official looking, easy to create for members who needed them for their employers. Merging customers is rather easy.
Finding products was difficult. Also, I struggled with taking payments, which should have been easy.
I have come to know several of the 3 years we have been with them and value their personalities, skills, and attention to detail. They are genuinely great people to learn from and be around.
My supervisor just told me that it was our two year anniversary with Personify and I literally couldn't believe it. I still struggle every single day with it.
The best feature of the the software is being able to email questions and contact tracking to department supervisors for specific members.
We have gotten used to most of the functionality and have found work-arounds for most of the things the system doesn't readily provide so as to avoid customizations.
I like the fact that Personify integrates with nearly any association software application. From registration to learning, Personify partners are easy to find.
My overall experience with Personify360 has been good. After using for a period of time, the software has become easier to use.

Dave and Paysubsonline have been wonderful in setting up our complicated system for our Club and every penny is accounted for.
It is difficult to train others. It’s costly as compared to the features.
Very easy to get started and the ongoing technical support/troubleshooting has been excellent. Hugely reduced the time required to collect subs and circulate group emails.
Our dance school has now gone into liquidation. I believe some of this is down to the problems we had with paysubs.
The ability to put out email messages to the membership is also an asset. We now only use the online system for accepting new members and only a very small minority have a problem signing up.
I complained and they denied they said it. We were so far in and had promised our customers we were moving to a new better system so decided to continue.
