Flexible Member Data Platform that is Intuitive to Use

Pros

We wanted the ability to have options and flexibility over which CMS, LMS and email marketing program we could use. Wicket integrates nicely with our chosen selections and works very smoothly. We also find the platform intuitive to use, and it was easy to get staff onboarded and using the tool.

Cons

From what I have seen over the years Wicket is committed to continuous improvement, and have rolled out features throughout our time with them. Currently they are working on improving reporting, which I am looking forward to.

Good Solution for Organizations that runs multiple enterprise software

Great tool targeted for a good user experience for customers.

Pros

Single Sign On allows for efficiency within my admin team. Creating Roles and aligning them for users is outstanding.

Cons

Bit costly and was a bit slow start to get set up. Depending on how your custom tool was built, could be time-consuming and costly to develop the API. Overall this is not a show stopper.

Membership Data at our Fingertips

With our old database required us to manual sync our membership data with Mailchimp and our website, in addition to being time consuming, this process also introduced the potential for human error. One of the most recent benefits we have noticed with Wicket is that we are able to offer our 3rd party advertisers increased options to target our members and associates who have expressed interest in receiving 3rd party ads. This has meant additional advertising revenue for our association.

Pros

Wicket integrates seamlessly with Mailchimp, allowing our members and associates to easily update their communication preferences and allowing us to easily target our messages to specific sections of our membership. Wicket is fully integrated into our website, making it easy to create content accessible only to our members and associates.

Cons

Change is always a little scary, while things are working well now, there were some hiccups getting our website, Mailchimp account and Wicket all working together but the Wicket team were extremely supportive and eager to help.

Pros

Wicket is a highly advance member data platform with an extensive bunch of third party integrations.

Cons

Extremely high price that relies on per feture per year is the worst aspect of Wicket.
