80/20 Quality is a cloud-based software that helps businesses in the manufacturing industry track and resolve vendor and material issues. Quality check inspectors can document and raise non-conformance issues and add images and specific details, such as issue type, reported by, timestamp, and department responsible, providing context and illustration.
80/20 Quality allows supervisors to track issue status based on multiple categories, including open, awaiting approval, and closed. Managers can receive in-app alerts when issues are identified, allowing them to create and implement corrective plans for fixing, scraping or returning non-conforming materials. It also lets staff members maintain a log of all activities to identify issue trends and improvement opportunities.
80/20 Quality enables leaders to generate reports to gain insights into supplier performance, customer scorecards, and internal operations. Administrators can configure the drop-down menu to add issue types according to business requirements.
