What is Activechat?

ActiveChat is a conversational platform designed to help call centers, eCommerce, and customer services businesses automate customer interactions across email, SMS, website, Facebook messenger, and other communication channels. The platform allows users to create personal assistants to respond to customers’ queries and optimize support operations.

ActiveChat automatically tracks customer sentiments, engages at the right moment, and finds opportunities to sell products and services through artificial intelligence (AI)-based recommendations. The application lets organizations create and deploy chatbots with natural language processing (NLP) capabilities to provide a solution based on customers’ emotions. It also segments visitors based on interaction history and automatically assigns conversations to specific live agents.

ActiveChat allows administrators to monitor customers' engagement level on the business website, automate repetitive tasks, and gain insights into the performance of agents via analysis. Managers can also predict customers’ intent, share knowledge with members across different departments, and monitor agent conversations, and customer responses in real-time.
