What is Acural?
ACURAL is a fully-integrated financial system which provides a suite of tools for managing business finances, from scheduling and raising bills through to receipting monies, posting expenses, and financial analysis. ACURAL’s financial system is designed for all sectors which rely on using invoicing or fee generation for billing customers. The automated billing process aims to reduce the length of billing cycles and increase fee collection speed. Fees are calculated based on the billing schedules of joba and the work stage for each schedule.
ACURAL includes a web portal that helps in the online management of job activities. It shows recorded time and disbursements logged by onsite engineers. Users can also view and manage documents to be delivered to operatives. The work in progress (WIP) and time recording and reporting features enable users to calculate rates based on the job, type of work completed, engineer, and client. With ACURAL mobile, users can log time and expenses, download information about jobs or clients, and upload photos.
