What is aiio?
aiio is a business process management platform that helps organizations optimize processes using native artificial intelligence (AI) integration in a Microsoft 365 environment. It offers BPM shapes used to model processes as well as enables employees to share expert knowledge with the company and visualize any process without prior knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) guidelines.
aiio lets users improve processes with documents, resources, and links, which can be accessed from the process. It synchronizes documents with SharePoint Online as the single central storage medium from within a unified platform. The system includes an AI integration, the aiio Copilot, that helps managers and blue-collar workers analyze processes for optimization potential. It generates several tailor-made suggestions for the user.
aiio's other features include an organizational chart with different zoom levels, a personalized dashboard enabling managers to gain insights into tasks and changes within the system, as well as an integrated solution for visualizing management systems and certificates. It can be used within the Microsoft Teams application, enabling employees to access the tool from multiple workspaces according to requirements.
