Pros

The AnyDesk software solution for the remote desktop control is one of the best. It offers multiple options and tools integrated into a nice, very easy to use interface.
So I have to connect with my colleagues, so I always use AnyDesk to connect with the computers of my colleagues. I really like the outstanding performance of this software.
The thing that I liked the most is that it is reliable and easy to use software for accessing the desktop/laptop remotely. It is very easy to install.

Pros

Been using it for 3 or 4 use, still using it, recommended to my collegues and they using it, so the cost is good, the easy of use is good.
It is powerful, easy to use, with great options such as calendar, administration, etc. It is a great choice at a good price.
Thanks to that and other aspects I mentioned before like its ease of use, security, efficiency and multiplatform support it is my remote access software par excellence.

Cons

If poor internet connection, the keyboard stroke is not detected properly. It is very difficult to type something in remote desktop when we have poor internet connection.
I did not like that hackers can come in and destroy programs and make malware in the computer that is horrible to have done.
It is no longer necessary to leave the office or home to address the PC problems of other network users.

Cons

To put some downside, perhaps it could be that there is no service or support in Spanish.
It does not support printer. Connectivity problem irritates therefore users need strong internet connection.
Some problems with connection stability, really thin interface, it looks "old.

Highly recommended for remote desktop connections.

Pros

This tool is very easy to use, it has simple interface where you need to just provide the anydesk ID of remote connection and upon accepting of connect request the controlling of remote desk is possible. This tool also provide the option to set username and password to remote connection so there is no need to accept the every connection request.

Cons

Few of the times I have faced pixel lag while watching remote desktop even though the internet connectivity as speed very good.

Very easy to connect with a remote desktop and we can know remote desktop is offline or online. We can connect multiple systems at a time.

Cons

Most of the time it doesn't connect properly. Sometimes, If the remote has a good internet connection still it shows "Client Offline". They have had a strong internet connectivity issue till now.

AnyDesk is an incredibly professional remote desktop software that allows you to connect to a computer remotely. AnyDesk makes secure and reliable remote desktop connections for individuals and professionals.

Cons

The program runs on all platforms including operating systems and devices without any kind of issues. I never found any critical issue or problem during the connectivity with another computer. So for me, this is perfect without cons and issues.

It's a Lightweight software easy to use, not resource hungry, and fast to install. with this COVID-19 Pandemic, this is the tool I use for all Remote WFH (Work from Home) PC troubleshooting.

Cons

If the App is not Installed you cant do UAC controls and the User needs to accept the UAC for you to continue.

Molto buona a un prezzo competitivo rispetto ai competitor provati (Team Viewer e AnyDesk)

Connessione stabile, gestione rubrica, personalizzazione del client Windows, prezzo

Cons

Client Mac dell'admin una volta a riposo restituisce errori e si sconnette dalla rubrica, devo ricordarmi di chiudere il programma completamente a ogni fine sessione. Sempre in Mac, non posso personalizzare il client, quindi chi ha Windows ha il mio logo, chi ha il Mac no.

Supremo permet d'intervenir facilement pour la maintenance à distance des pc / serveurs de mes clients a un cout raisonnable pour une petite structure. Etant en plus devenu revendeur supremo je le conseille a mes clients travaillant à distance dans cette période compliquée de pandémie

- Supremo fait le job de façon simple et efficace et remplace sans soucis Teamviewer / Anydesk à un cout plus abordable - La version business permet plusieurs sessions simultanées sans surcout prohibitif - Compatibilité Windows étendue (ancien et nouveau os desktop / serveur) - Support OSX / IOS / Android... bien que légèrement en retrait par rapport aux versions windows - La gestion du multi écran avec un mode permettant de visualiser deux écrans distant sur le poste maitre - La gestion des contacts en ligne ou en local au choix sans surcout - stable et rapide - support commercial et technique réactif et compétant. les demandes / besoins semblent être pris en compte

Cons

- l'obligation de selectionner par une radio box le mode demarrage ou installation permanente avec saisie d'un mot de passe n'est pas très intuitif et est tres perturbant pour les utilisateurs (un pre-choix demarrer serait plus instinctif) . - pas de possibilité d'installer directement via un script sans passer par l'usage d'un token en variable disponible en version business. - une fois installé...
