The project management module features an intuitive planning calendar with drag and drop resource allocation for personnel, vehicles, machinery, rental equipment, and subcontractors and includes absence management and project controlling with real time comparison of planned and actual hours. Time tracking captures work hours digitally in office and field locations with offline capability and manages vacation requests and sick leave notifications through the mobile application. Material procurement is streamlined by integration with current article data via Datanorm and direct connections to manufacturer and wholesaler web shops. The solution maintains GoBD and GDPR certification for compliant data archiving and processing and is available as on premises installation or cloud based deployment with centralized, location independent access, minimal hardware requirements, and professional data center security. The platform supports Windows and Mac operating systems through a Microsoft Office style interface to facilitate rapid adoption and includes comprehensive support services with telephone hotline assistance available Monday through Saturday, remote maintenance capabilities, and training seminars for advanced feature utilization.
