I've been using the free version for a while now and it just works and I don't really have to mess with much configuration to suit my needs.

Pricewise there is no other comparable live chat with the same configuration options. With one operator for 2 websites for approx 8 euro per month makes Chaport Live Chat payable for smaller companies.

I implemented the live chat in 2 websites and being able to receive chats from both websites in one app makes it very useful.

So far so good. As mentioned above - it's the best software this amount of money can buy, and we hope it will only get better.

I suppose I could selfishly wish everything was free, but that would be a shortcoming on my part, not theirs since they too have to make a living.
