What is EasyBilling?

EasyBilling is a desktop application designed for small and medium sized enterprises, freelancers and growing businesses that require comprehensive document creation without recurring subscription costs. The software operates under a lifetime license, removing monthly fee obligations and ensuring continuous access to core functionality through a one time payment. All customer and financial data is stored locally on the user’s computer, providing complete control over business information and eliminating dependence on cloud service availability. The application is compatible with Windows eleven, ten, eight point one, eight and seven as well as macOS ten point twelve and later, and features multilingual support for English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese.

The document creation suite encompasses quotations, proforma invoices, tax invoices, receipts, purchase orders, delivery notes, packing slips, ordering documents, packing lists, weight lists, credit notes and debit notes. Built in automation covers sequential numbering with customizable formats, automatic tax and VAT calculations supporting multiple tax setups and total amount computation. Customer and product information can be loaded from predefined databases for rapid document population while template functionality enables the saving of frequent document configurations for instant reuse. Batch creation allows the generation of identical documents for multiple recipients simultaneously and scheduled generation enables the automated production of documents on weekly or monthly intervals. Customization options extend to headers and footers with company information and logo integration, custom field additions and label modifications as well as color scheme adjustments, paper size selection and layout format choices. Documents can be personalized further by embedding images, PDF files, reminder stamps and grayscale watermarks. Output options include direct printing or export to PDF, Excel and HTML for distribution and archival purposes.

The reporting and analytics framework offers comprehensive sales and payment oversight through detailed reports with perspectives such as monthly summaries and customer specific breakdowns. The application can generate statements for both customers and suppliers while specialized reports track customer purchase histories, individual item sales performance and salesperson productivity metrics. Formatted reports may be exported to PDF or Excel for accounting reconciliation, statistical analysis and stakeholder sharing with direct printing support. Raw data export transfers all document fields to Excel for advanced processing and the creation of custom reports.

The multi company management feature enables the operation of separate workspaces for distinct business entities, maintaining independent data, documents and settings for each workspace with effortless switching between companies. Collaborative access is facilitated by network or shared drive storage of workspace folders, with a locking mechanism that protects core data elements when multiple instances access the same workspace concurrently by operating in read only mode for document and report generation. The software includes backup and restore capabilities to safeguard business data and supports barcode generation for product identification. All functionality operates offline within a standalone environment, ensuring privacy and security through local data storage. The application does not provide built in email functionality for document transmission, requiring users to employ external email clients to distribute exported files.
