The platform enables organizations to streamline order taking, importing, processing, shipping, billing, and pick-and-pack processes via a unified portal.
ePS PrintStream Fulfillment includes return processing functionality, which allows enterprises to handle return merchandise authorization (RMA) procedures, track disposition, and provide cost and activity details to customers. It offers various features such as geolocation-based order routing, price lists, custom pick rules, point of purchase displays, purchase order information management, and more. Teams can also monitor products’ count, cost, and weight, supervise light and complex kit building, and manage the disassembly of returned kits using the Kitting and Assembly feature.
ePS PrintStream Fulfillment lets administrators automatically generate custom export reports for reference. It also supports integration with numerous third-party enterprise resource planning (ERP) and management information systems (MIS).
