Flit overview
What is Flit?
Flit is an electronic time and attendance solution which enables online and offline registration using a browser or an application available for Android and iOS devices. Using the geolocation feature, the company can manage internal and external staff in real-time.
The tool's features include a control panel for making queries about timesheets, attendance, overtime, and other factors; an artificial intelligence mechanism that enables automatic adjustments to clock-in markers; and the option to provide notifications so that the employee is reminded to clock in.
To ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the records, Flit also uses facial biometry technology in the last stage of the data validation process and the option to clock in by voice command, ideal for external teams. In addition, all records made in the system have a unique electronic signature to ensure the safety and reliability of the clocking-on schedules.
