What is GANTTPLAN APS?
Interactive Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) software that supports manufacturing companies to optimally schedule all orders depending on the resources and capacities actually available. Thereby, not only all cost factors are taken into account, but also production restrictions as well as the availability of various resources such as materials, machines or production workers.
Functions such as multi-resource planning, material requirements planning, what-if scenarios and the ability to set various production alternatives (such as operations, work centers and production versions), generate realistic and optimization-based planning scenarios and transfer them directly to ERP systems and MES systems. The results of the automatic planning loops are visualized transparently in the graphical production control station.
GANTTPLAN is a modern and powerful standard software with service-oriented architecture. This means that the APS system can run on the leading IoT platforms and is available with integrated, automatic planning both on-premise and via the cloud.
