The application provides a graphical grid interface, which enables supervisors to check the availability of field, gym, and park facilities for customers, letting them detect overlapped bookings before the scheduled time. Event planners can use the solution to make seating arrangements and determine the price of seat tickets for theaters or sporting venues. With its point-of-sale module, organizers can measure ticket sales, track inventory using UPC bar codes, and generate custom receipts.
RecTrac helps agencies plan trips, establish departure/return dates and assign fees as per customer type, age, and grade. Team members can manage equipment rental reservations and track check-in/check-out time of items used by customers at a campsite or shelter. The solution also lets organizers manage locker rooms by tracking grace periods, processing locker renewals, and sending expiration reminders to visitors.
