Slow and unhelpful support

I have no problem paying for my share, or even for a month of unnecessary top-tier service to port out my numbers, but to want $6000 and refuse to work with a customer is dumbfoundingly poor service, and is now an extreme detriment to my business.

Its been a great experience, there is a lot of functionality such as ai note taking abd recorded audio chats.

The only thing I would say that I don't like is that there isn't a very in depth training course. When we were first onboarded we had a training session, but you really learn by just doing.

I have not had time to reach out to support to see where my sent faxes go and how long they are saves to Ring.

As a credentialing specialist, not all of the things is easy to explain via email or text, with this tools, communication seems nothing with it's friendly feature apps.

Admittedly, we only used it for a short time at one of our 7 locations, but we couldn't find a replacement fast enough.

RingCentral should at least try and warn the company two days before stopping services IF the problem is about monthly subscription. And the repair should be fast, sometimes it takes almost a week to resolve this issue, which is bad for the company since we need to stay in constant communication with our clients and temps.

The UI is not attractive and could do with beingbupdates.
