The system generates gold standard rewrites of the user’s most challenging moments to illustrate optimal responses. Real-time Live Voice mode allows spoken practice sessions, and session histories can be exported as PDF files for detailed review.

The Sales Conversation Elevator focuses on discovery and qualification conversations by engaging an AI prospect that maintains resistance until genuine discovery skills are demonstrated. A silent coaching feature called Whisper Coach provides live floor-tracking and objection alerts visible only to the user. The Transcript Auditor enables analysis of actual call recordings imported from conferencing platforms, and the platform tracks behavioral metrics such as floor leakage funnel, ghosting predictor, and feature dump occurrences.
