The intelligence layer includes STAR for four-dimensional talent readiness scoring, ORBIT for flight risk and toxic leadership detection, COMET for competency distribution mapping across unlimited skills, SPECTRA for unified reporting across five organizational lenses, ATLAS for live org chart and individual leader profiles, and OVERWATCH for execution monitoring and accountability enforcement.
ARC (Adaptive Reasoning Core) delivers conversational and semantic business intelligence. Executives ask any leadership question in natural language and receive structured, board-ready answers in seconds with zero BI engineering required.
