By applying advanced algorithms, machine learning, and artificial intelligence (AI), businesses are able to automate many routine planning decisions, and discover a reliable baseline to work from. ToolsGroup aims to help users increase their revenue and retain customers by ensuring that products always maintain availability while optimizing inventory and reducing manufacturing, warehousing, and transportation costs through more accurate forecasting.

Other capabilities within the ToolsGroup supply chain planning solution include demand sensing which uses current demand data to enhance short-term forecasts, S&OP (sales and operations planning) to align strategic sales plans with operational capabilities, and MEIO (multi-echelon inventory optimization) which uses demand and inventory modeling technology to assign service targets to SKU-L’s and optimize inventory investment. ToolsGroup also supports demand planning decision making with capabilities such as demand collaboration and promotions and media forecasting.
