With its reverse auction module, users can build, conduct, and deliver reports for closed auctions and initiate supplier onboarding processes. Velocious’ supplier portal offers various features such as self-registration, workflows, and OCR functionalities. The timesheet tracking tool enables managers to monitor the progress of projects, determine the apportioned costs, set automated leave requests, create bills, and identify areas of improvement and productivity. Team members can view shipment history and track multiple shipment items based on date ranges, tracking number, shipment amount, and various other factors.
Velocious includes a vendor invoice management (VIM) module, which enables enterprises to collaborate with partners and suppliers, optimize cash flows, and eliminate duplicate invoices. The chatbot helps suppliers receive information about transactions, upload invoices for processing, and facilitate communication between suppliers and buyers.
