What is ATLANTIS?
ATLANTIS software is aimed at schools, offering features designed to optimize operation and work processes. The platform enables educational institutions of all sizes to handle various administrative tasks such as managing documents, inventory, classes, teachers, media, grading, and rooms.
ATLANTIS includes a digital class diary, which contains all data on each class, including attendance and absences, homework, timetables and lesson topics. The class diary also helps administrators to record absences, grades and lessons covered by teachers. Predefined layouts are available in the standard module to create student ID cards. The school administration system need only assign a picture of the student to the student sheet in the master data. There are also ready-made forms with school specific options for documents such as certificates. All certificates are saved in the system and each student has their own grade matrix.
Because ATLANTIS is a modular solution and can be adapted to the specific needs of each respective school. it offers various modules for upper levels, private schools, and boarding schools. There are also DATEV and SAP interfaces to facilitate financial accounting.
