The only thing I don't like is that copying lesson plans from previous years has a lot of steps.   Unless I am missing some training, you have to click through a lot of buttons to find past lessons, then copy, then click back through all the buttons to get to the current week to paste.   If you only have to do one lesson, it might be worth it, but if you are trying to copy a week or two for a whole unit, it gets too unmanageable.

Most questions can be answered via their help desk, but if you phone and leave a message, you get a response usually same day, next business day at the latest.

I always get almost immediate responses back from the support team to help either build something on your website, troubleshoot an issue or just remind me again on how to do something on my end for my school.

Phone app version is buggy and lesson plans are easily messed up due to sensitivity of input.
