They rarely have to ask for help in accessing and completing their assignments. It is customizable and has great design that makes it feel like a forward thinking learning platform.
The quizzes and practice on demand are a bit clunky. There are no options to roll out the same quizzes to the same user, only limited to scoring system where they can re-take if failed.
Their onboarding with us was excellent - super supportive and patient with our long decision making process. Their customer support is super responsive and great to work with.
There is nothing that has really proven to be a problem.
This has proven to be a really invaluable resource and has improved our training program and saved time in developing it. I love that it integrates with Zendesk.
Not enough customization and assigning and organizing lessons can be a little confusing.
The beauty of this tool is, the ease of creating the courses. Integration with third party software like Slack and Salesforce is good.
The dashboard is a little weak for discovery and the search is presented in a manner that results in 1 lesson producing many search results.
If you have anyone in your company that's remotely-based, lessonly is a godsend. So easy, very fair pricing, and wonderful support/CSMs.
Lesson.ly has been a wonderful partner and has helped our training go from paper to e-learning quickly and easily. Great value for the cost and easy to use for both creator and end user.
It's super easy to use as an admin or a user - love the capabilities to mix up text, video and gifs.
Support is extremely fast and responsive. Superb customer service.
We use this to assign training content and it is a huge win for us.
Lessonly is simple and super easy to use on both the Learner and Admin side. A feature that is most impactful is Trigger feature.
We like the use “feature this lesson” during our daily morning meetings to show our employees any important items, product releases, promotions are coming, etc.
Easy to use, perfect learning tool for nimble companies.
I like the simplicity of the platform, it is so intuitive to use that there isn’t much time training anyone at the company to create content, which saves everyone time.
There are so many options to build content, make it your own brand, and teach the learners. Lessonly helps with all of this to create a very smooth transition.

The Looop sales, support, and customer success teams are patient, responsive, and helpful. It's been a great experience so far.
I can't think of anything that I dislike about the software currently.
From day one most of our team have praised the impact the platform has had. It has put learning at the fingertips of our people and has made it super accessible.
I don’t think there are any features I feel the tool is missing.
This is a great platform to help us to do that with the campaigns and the way it integrates with our other products.
User insights reporting is something to maybe pay attention to.
The customer service has been exceptional in helping us really think through what we are trying to accomplish and how the system might help facilitate achieving those goals.
I think anytime you are integrating a new software across an entire company there are small user pains.
The Learner UX is great too, the feedback on the look and feel has been great from our people.
After deeply investigating of the top-rated LMS’ Looop is the clear winner for our team. Once we made the decision we met the team at Looop and the learning community.
Their developers are incredible and responsive. Ve seen the community ask for tweaks and changes and I’m impressed with how fast they respond.
Ease of use and set-up, plug and play with instant results. The go to tool to reach a dispersed population, great as a comm's platform.
Loved how easy it is to upload resources , navigate the site from a learner point of view. Can be integrated with our in house shared drive/MS teams.
There’s a smart “set it and forget it” mentality you can build into some of the clever campaigns. Looop’s content editor is SO GOOD that we don’t feel the need to make everything into a SCORM course.
The mobile app is great for those who don't always have access to a desk top.
It is an intuitive software that has transformed the way I approach L&D. The ability to create customized courses and use a variety of resource modalities are just a few things I enjoy about Looop.
Looop has saved us significant time and effort, and has improved learner engagement dramatically. We had no LMS before Looop and handled everything manually with forms, sheets, email, etc.
The costing has all been accurate and fair which has made it a breeze when getting sign off from those who hold the purse strings.

Pros and Cons from ELSA Speak users

The speech recognition that I use on ELSA is excellent. I also love using the dictionary and listening to stories.
UI / Gamification is somewhat confused. Somwhat costly if using not so often (should have more pricing options).
The progress report is useful for me. I can improve with that report.
Some pronunciations are wrong or the IPA is wrong. For example, 'mouse'-> the program wants a Z sound instead of S and corrects you accordingly.
It is also very interactive and fun to use. I like the dictionary function as well.
However, I lack information about different features such as how and why you get points in the League game. I lack extra info to read about new features in the app at all.
It is the perfect learning companion, with a daily goal of 20 minutes of lessons, you quickly see improvement.
Sometimes, the application freezes, and I have to repeat the lesson from the beginning. Some lessons focus on business English, which is complex and boring.
Pronunciation recognition - I really liked that I can say something and Elsa recognizes my mistakes and guves me guidelines how to improve it.
The speech recognition is excellent that I use every day.
The product is easy to use, you do have a vast selection of topics and themes. Really helpful when you want to adjust your learning.
The intonation was the most impactful because when I'm talking in English, I don't want to sound like a robot. The product was straightforward to use; it does by itself.
The ELSA API really helps teachers of English in Vietnamese schools and language centers to make the pronunciation and speaking teaching easy and standardized.
Elsa helped me a lot; integration with my existing business was easy.

This is an easy platform to set up and use. It has good integration with Salesforce and allows us to have tracks and badges that make learning fun.
The software is not intuitive, making it hard to configure, hard to administer and hard to use, even for seasoned software users.
The site is amazing it allows you to customize it to your brand and our employees enjoy it. It's easy to use, has a checklist feature, great support, and has a beautiful design.
Customer service is awful and they love to tell you that your browser is out-of-date for any issues you are experiencing. This is so frustrating and I cannot wait to move to another platform.
After a comprehensive search for a Learning Management System, our company selected Litmos. It combined the features we needed with a great user interface and an excellent price point.
Reporting is a nightmare and often views on screen show misinformation. Reporting on Learning Paths is especially challenging.
Litmos is very easy to use and their support staff is very helpful if you have any questions. Not just about Litmos, but they will help you if you have questions on the best format for your content.
Lots of co-dependancies across features, which results in the need to pay for additional non-standard features despite them being presented as standard throughout demos.
I like the turnkey certificate availability as well. The price is reasonable and great for people like me who prefer to experiment with different options before a real launch.
SAP Litmos has an amazing learning system, lots of ways to learn, my best is the use of games and simulations to examine what has been learnt.
Litmos is a solid LMS program that serves our need well. The dashboard and aesthetics are good, its easy to use, and I have found that it has allowed for a lot of easy team learning.
From the sales staff to the helpdesk, everyone is cheerfully supportive, quick to respond, and the questions get answers. It integrates with Salesforce seamlessly.
SAP Litmos is one amazing software, it is built in several languages andthe best part is it has a mobile application.
Litmos is a great tool to effectively onboard employees, update teams on new standards and protocols, and overall efficiently teach information.
It provides you with the ability to nestle your own content into itself and not just focus on what they provide to you.
Very easy to use, great customer service and lots of features.
The computer version of this app seems to work just fine. I am able to do my testing on here mainly without issues.
Very clean interface for our employees and customers to use. Has a lot of features that often come in handy (e.g. Teams, reporting, etc.).

Courses can be tracked easily, and the learning path progress information makes sure you continue learning. Overall, a very pleasant software that does what it promises, at a good price.
We are based out of Asia and wanted to integrate different languages but found it difficult. Probably we did not look hard enough.
Overall, my experience with Forma LMS is awesome. This is a great solution for learning management and the reporting feature is very useful.
The exam/test modules are a bit difficult to navigate.
Forma LMS has simple features and easy to navigate across the entire dashboard and effective solution for perfect learning content creation and functional reporting features.
You have trial so many times to get your working certificate template. And it is broken if you use any PHP version later than 7.0.
The UI is very easy to understand for every user. The assignments features are very great and helpful.
I tried the free version, and it seems that only with the paid version I was going to be able to do the things I wanted, but no.
We tried various LMS solutions before but Forma LMS was the best match for our institution as it was the most customizable and intuitive solution for providing training.
I used it for my online courses the best tool ever I use I have a great experience with this tool.
Beside these features, their customer support team is excellent, they are always up for help.
A great, professional looking, open source, option perfect for establishing a no cost LMS.
It's been easy to have lessons and gain credits through the courses and download certifications too.
Very useful for internal course, easy integration with our streaming server, easy to use for our users.
A Powerful LMS solution for Organisations of any size.
Integrated skill management also helps in tracking and enables enhanced learning.
And to manage and customising is not difficult. You can get support on the forum "elearningcommunity.net" very quickly.
The integration of e-commerce which allows us to promote products created by our students.

Pros and Cons from Cornerstone LMS users

I like that CSOD is an integrated HRIS system. It has a great end-user experience and a nice interface.
Since 13.1 came out, we've had nothing but problems with files not loading, 404 errors, server errors, and to make matter worse, expect to wait a week or more to be told, there is nothing they can do.
I also LOVE the Cornerstone Success Center and the Knowledge Base. It's so amazing how theyve built a community of their customers that's actually engaging and helpful.
Learning implementation was difficult, because of all the configurability and our lack of understanding of the limitations.
Excellent UI and End User experience. Great product and customer teams, quarterly updates that always add meaningful, high quality new features.
The worst experience I have ever had with a software or company.
We started with the implementation of Performance Management and it was so easy for our managers and employees to adopt, and we have recently moved over to Cornerstone LMS, which has been great.
The worst customer service I'd ever experience working with a vendor. They take days to reply to emails, same for technical support tickets, even when they are labeled as a high priority.
Making ILT sessions and events is straightforward. I also like how you can add badges to a learning object so that way learners feel good when they accomplish something.
When you call the support line, their reps are customer service agents who are just reading the same outdated info you find on their documentation online, so useless.
Definitely a good product, tracks all completed and saved items/coursework. Has plenty of was to search for programs and locate what you are looking for.
Their integration with WebEx for vILT just broke last year and it took them 8-10 months to patch it.
Additionally, Cornerstone has an amazing group of individuals that are available when you have a question.
Great experience and great value for the product.
Flexibility, user friendly and great customer support.
The user community is the beast thing about this product. It's huge and people like to share.
Like any LMS you want to do your due diligence and see if it fits within your budget and meets your individual criteria.
The fact that we are able to track candidates source is crucial to our business and supports our budgeting strategy really well.
