With 7taps I found an innovative way to create courses. It is as easy and fun to use as playing a game while you invest time in an application that makes you a fun, helpful creator.
So I had a dull group of German verbs and a made-up story behind them.
I also like how users can just click right away without downloading an app. Lastly, I love how it will inform you when you reached a limit in a chapter not to exceed the microlearning limit.
Media library is limited such as GIFs and micro videos.
This product is easy to use and you can create a 7Taps in 20 minutes as soon as you know what you will create. The features of GIFs are so fun to use as it makes it more engaging.
7taps is a start-up software developer. I have to confess that they've been developing their product very fast and taking users' feedback seriously.

This is a great learning solution for resource-poor environments.

Patients love it for their home exercises because it is user friendly and live in the videos. I love it because the exercise selection is thorough and the videos are inclusive of all types of people.
Are we really so concerned that someone might print an unauthorized picture of a wall squat that we make the program obscenely annoying on an hourly basis.
MedBridge provides great opportunities to complete continuing education for our physical therapy license from respected clinicians in the field.
Stupid, Stupid, Stupid constant log outs. Make a home program, walk out into gym and start working with patient to make sure program is appropriate and boom, you are logged out and program is gone.
From the user friendliness to the quality of continuing education courses to the customer service, Medbridge is, overall l, a phenomenal website that is well worth the money.
Inability to speak with a representative easily.
I like how patients have access to videos that help demonstrate their assigned exercises.
Some difficultly creating ex programs from my phone. Less response as of late to exercise suggestions.
Ability to update and create comprehensive and customized exercise programs for patients in addition to current continuing education needs.
HEPs are easy to make, easy to customize, and they don't freeze like other software as much.
The exercise program is an excellent tool for patients to utilize at home.
Easy to use, innovative in some concepts of home exercise routine.
Most of my active senior patients like the paper/ hardcopy of their program over the use of logging in but it is a nice feature to have access to. Setting your "Favorites" is a time saving feature.

Webinar set up is easy and the customer support is awesome. Overall we have been very pleased with our experience and just signed up for another year.
For example, putting the webinar information into the Freestone system, problems with registration or assisting with PowerPoint issues.
They do a fantastic job - the end product is great, their techs are terrific and when there is a problem they are quick to help get it fixed or to work with us to find a solution.
Single sign on proves to be confusing for our membership.
Really I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the team and the Freestone product. It's a great feeling to know I'm in good hands with them in every aspect of our LMS use.
There are a couple of things that frustrate users regarding credit submission.
Overall, even with the challenges, there are ways to work around the majority of them and my engagement with the support team has been wonderful.
It's a feature we don't use right now because it doesn't work very well.
Speedy and accommodating turnaround on contract updates so we could meet the needs of our members. Pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and on-the-ball support for our live programs.
I like the simple authoring tools. It makes it easy to create surveys, add materials and create learning.

Helpful for launching a new online conference.
The software is easy to use and the individual webinars can be set up quickly.

I enjoy the ability to integrate with SSO and the ability to build out a variety of curricula depending on the job title. It's nice to also have the ability to upload content in several formats.
They might intend only to "review the completed course" but they can hit the wrong button and disrupt their own accounts by accident.
You have a great product and a friendly fun team to work with. You have always continued to innovate and that goes along way.
We were not trained on how to fix passwords and login problems at the outset, but now we know how to use that option.
Spoke has been a wonderful company to work with from vetting to current implementation. Their staff is friendly and always willing to work out any solution to any problem or suggestions we may have.
With that being said, customer service is always quick to provide tips and tricks where needed.
Simple, easy to use and implement with fantastic support.
Spoke LMS replaced our very antiquated and clunky LMS about 2 years ago. It has been a wonderful addition to our company not only for course access but discussion board and community interaction.
Spoke has been great for our organization because it so intuitive for users and admins alike.
I love spoke - it offers an easy way via a slack integration to submit tickets and requests for things needed.
Overall the Unboxed team has been helpful and Spoke definitely solved a very large need for us and our contractors in terms of job training and continuing education.
I like that Spoke is customizable and we were able to adapt it to a very unique need for job-training for candidates from around the country.

Love the design of the explore page as well. Much more fun and engaging for the users.
We have added a vast volume of information so sorting through all of the tiles can be frustrating to the end user.
They are extremely responsive and the software is powerful and robust.
It can be a bit clunky in odd places, but those bugs are continuously being updated by Continu.
We have seen some great benefits since Continu's inception.
No ability to add pictures into assessments and ask questions of those, reporting around assessments is also limited.
Continu is great for both the admin and the user. On the admin side, the creation of content is whatever you'd like it to be, think videos, pdfs, ppt.

I love the ease of every aspect of this software, from implementation to data analysis. It is very user friendly, yet affords us a vast array of information.
Here's the problem, and I shared this with my salesperson when I broke the news we would not be purchasing the application for our company.
Trivie was easy to use and easy to set up and customer support has been fantastic.
Getting folks to use the platform was very difficult. In fact, I didn’t have any takers at all.
I love that the software allows you implement quizzes and other tools to help the trainee gauge their understanding. It also aids the presenter when updating the course/training.
Additionally, some material doesn't necessarily need to have questions tied to it but there is no way to avoid doing so.
Trivie was super helpful to set this up for us and I'm very appreciative of their wanting to give us the leeway to use the product in real time. We set up a series of tests in different departments.
My team is remembering more so we have been able to cut back on our training spend.
Tech support was amazing. Plus...it helped our employees remember more.
This helps greatly with my trainings which are provided before they are needed and thus required a tangible method of gauging the attendees' understanding of the information presented in the course.
I liked the idea of being able to track people's comprehension over time and that is was based in gamification.
Also helps greatly if you have a training course that frequently has repeat students.

Sometimes some text switches from danish to english, which can be a problem for those of our employees who only speek danish.

The Pathwright team has been nothing short of fabulous helping our organization onboard to the platform, and even making custom tweaks to enable features we were hoping to integrate.
Sometimes, navigating through courses and sections can be very painful.
This is the LMS you have been waiting for. It is flexible, beautiful, and effective - packing in all the features you want and need without allowing those features to clutter the UI of the platform.
I suppose if someone wanted an app-centric software to do a similar thing instead of via browser this is limited.
Finally we have a platform we love that makes crafting online courses and taking them a joy. Pathwright is flexible in terms of its content capabilities, with a pleasing design aesthetic.
Maybe in the future they will add some more customizable options for content blocks, but it seriously has everything you need and looks very professional right out of the gate.
Their staff are responsive and provide the support needed to be successful.
