From our go live date, we have had such amazing feedback from staff and the training department loves to build steps in it. It is nice to have different step options to build a course.
Building of Content took/takes longer then anticipated and there is an inability to inactivate employees if terminated mid year without losing all of their reports.
I really love the Lemonade games, I have learned a lot from them, just over all a great product.
The only thing I dislike about his software is the reporting. I find it to be not always accurate, and it can be difficult to understand/navigate.
Our experience has been great. The system has created a solution for a need we had.
At times it is confusing as to where we can review the information that we are being tested on.
The platform is easy to use from an admin/authoring perspective as well as from the learner perspective. It is fun, engaging, and allows for measuring 'mastery' versus 'seat time.

The platform is rapidly improving with more features and improved User/Admin Interfaces. Easily the best Learning Platform I have worked with or interacted with as a Student.
Previously, we held exams over Zoom, with the exam paper on a Word document. This posed various issues with cheating etc.
Their platform is excellent and i highly recommend it, its the service I get from [sensitive content hidden] and the team that i love.
There is inherent lack of end-user integration, common to all on-line courses.
I also love how customisable the platform is, I have been able to make significant personalisation via Synap to ensure the product does what i want, the way i want it.
There is only one small issue that we have faced. We have clients in the NHS and one of the small problems we have is the deliverability of invitations to learners with NHS email addresses.
My experience with Synap has been great, a very friendly, hands-on team.
Occasionally it may take time for requests to be fulfilled but this is only a slight annoyance, the standard at which they are fulfilled completely outweighs the negative of this.
The best thing about the system is how straightforward it is to learn how to use it.
Ease of moving from a static unusable system to Synap LMS platform allows us more freedom to incorporate the features we required for our company.
The customer support, customization of reports super fast results, responsiveness.

Overall the experience with Skillsoft has been positive. The customer support has been excellent and most of the content is helping our staff.
There are a few missing critical features in the basic Skillport LMS. The primary missing feature is the lack of manager tracking dashboards outside of the reporting tool.
This product has so many options to offer as it relates to training, compliance. A great LMS tool and the customer service is outstanding.
The basic setup of any course was overly complex, taking more steps than was truly required. The reporting was extremely weak.
It's so helpful as you get to learn more about a certain task and helps to improve.
No recommendations for or against this product. It depends of what else is available and their costs.
I love using skillsoft and am happy to continue working with them.
Sometimes they can be too generic. The script and delivery can be forced and some people don't always take it seriously.
Good variety of training opportunities that companies can tailor to their business needs and employee demographics.
At the moment I don't have anything that I dislike about the product or vendor.
Great opportunity to learn in or out of the office at no additional cost to the employee.

Very good streaming quality of videos. Great variety of tools to enrich the pages and offer a pleasant experience to the users.
We were a little disappointed to learn that the full Zoom integration is only fully functional with the large Corporate/Enterprise edition of Zoom (which we don't have).
Easy to use world-class educational platform with an outstanding ability to listen to educators.
We use the archives a lot, and we really miss classifying our videos in folders (we also do screencasts for our students after each lesson).
I can be creative and make great courses. It is just so easy to do and it makes my work playfull.
One is that I miss a global content box - a way to update something on every page in one operation. Another is that the web conference is not a webinar tool.
Users can now enroll themselves into the platform and choose activities to participate in. That is a great time saver for user administrators like myself.
Giving the platform a unique branded look is allowed within limits, but options are more limited than I as a web designer would prefer.
The platform is modular which makes it very easy to create learning modules. Overall great quality for a moderate price.

The software is easy to use and very mobile friendly. I like the ease of the system and how it functions with a user that has ever used it before.
And when we called customer service they usually knew about the problem but never shared it with us until we found out ourselves.
We have explored various options for best way to use playerlync to best benefit our franchise locations, and have gotten a ton of support while going through everything.
It is a little difficult to find something while scrolling due to the amount of content we have.
I can't say enough about how great the support team has been amazing to work with in rolling out PlayerLync in our organization.
I haven't had any challenges thus far with the software. Any issues that I have experienced have been addressed/resolved.
PlayerLync will do their best to help customize the app to suit the needs of your company. They are always quick to respond and will help with any issues.
Only rarely did this happen, but there are instances of users missing important content because of connectivity issues.
Video is a much more effective medium compared to paper collateral, and knowing that our videos play seamlessly on the iPad when presenting to a client is a huge advantage and gives me peace of mind.

My overall experience with Northpass has been very positive. The easy setup with our ATS has helped us reduce time to onboard, raise the quality of those being onboarded, and overall-save money.
Some might view this as a disadvantage since they have less native integrations with other platforms, but I'd argue that it's actually an advantage.

Anyone can quickly learn to build there own courses and there is an incredibly low barrier to entry. On top of the benefits from an Admin perspective, we LOVE how customizable Northpass is.

Elucidat is really easy to use and it looks great. It is always being improved, which gives me confidence that they care greatly about the quality of their product.
On lower paid plans , when the course made on elucidat opens up , it shows up "elucidate.com" branding. This is very irritating.
I really enjoy been creative with Elucidat and using its many features to ensure we're constantly improving our communications and engaging our audience.
Its hard to manage the objects in a page and can't modify the color palette in text input.
The responsive output is excellent and has had little or no technical issues working with LMS. Support and customer service is excellent.
Almost every authoring tool I have used / tried remove their branding even on their lowest plans.
It has great analytics tools that are so important when evaluating learners and courses.
It is a premium product with a premium price tag. However I found that my team was making that money back in their incensed productivity.
Great tool, easy to use even if you're a beginner, great team behind always responding fast and clear to any question.
