The only con which I experienced was that sometimes when long email discussion needs to be uploaded into system as an attachment, it takes few minutes. But this happens only occasionally, so we can live with it.

One major drawback of DocuPhase is the extreme temperamental nature of iLink, as it functions properly only around 10% of the time, resulting in frustration.
