It enables realtors and portfolio managers to run valuations and manage property performance for offices, hotels, build-to-rent, multi-family units, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties from a single dashboard. The tool provides an overview of every asset, with tenant, valuation, revenue, and investment information revealed through tables and charts.
Asset and portfolio managers access this tool to view NOI, cash flow, and state-level IRR charts, diagrams, and graphs. They can also produce debt summaries and make detailed cash flow forecasts or stress test scenarios using sensitivity analysis. ARGUS Enterprise provides insights into value distribution, market rates, and average occupancy rates. It can be deployed as an on-premises web-based solution or a cloud-enabled application for global access.
