It offers a very strong portfolio orientated system, it backs that up with a very strong accounting function and rounds off with a strong investor services function.
We tend to have problems such as not being able to get into FundCount around updates.
Great Long Term Relationship, like the fellas over at Fundcount, and respect them and what they built immensely.
Software updates occasionally cause unexpected issues. An inconvenience, but the customer team is quick to address and correct problems.
FundCount's integrated, robust solution, coupled with an easy to use interface, has allowed our fund accountants to swiftly navigate monthly reconciliations.
It gets the job done but it is awkward currently to use. In addition, it is rather expensive for what we are getting form it.
Overall experience is good. There is so much to appreciate in FundCount.
And based off of over a decade's worth of interactions, I'm confident in saying that they strive to treat all of their clients with this high level of customer service and perspective of partnership.
It has great features that are required by any Asset Management Company in order to keep fund portfolios, mutual fund management actually products they offer and enchanced investor relation module.

InvestNext has been a partner with Gravity Haus since the beginning and scaling with them has worked wonderfully. Support team is very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions.
Lack of customizability within the folders for documents stored on the platform.
InvestNext has been the best to work with and build out several investments within their portal. The investors love the platform and find it easy to use.
There isn't a native integration with our CRM, Hubspot today, but they're working hard on it.
They are super responsive on all fronts. I highly recommend their platform to anyone raising capital for real estate syndications or funds.
No delay delivery option on email communications. This would be helpful for us when we send out reporting.
I like how easy it is to work with and how user friendly it is.
While not its original intention having an Investor CRM is a critical first step.
They are constantly taking feedback and implementing it and I sincerely enjoy working with them.
Its clean interface, user-friendly design, and top-notch customer support have significantly contributed to our ability to level up our business.
Easy to visually view the client's position and transaction, excellent customer support.
Pricing and Platform is probably the best in the market.

JS customer service super responsive. Ability to quickly access information about our relationship with an individual investor (i.e. which active and realized investments is an investor in).
For example, each quarter I was having to craft and send over one hundred unique emails with distribution information that is now done with two clicks and zero errors.
Everyone we have worked with on getting our investor portal set up has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Our investors love using it and how easy it is for them to log in and monitor activity.
No IT team or person; they really need to address this ASAP.
Our investors always have good things to say about the platform. Even those that aren't technology advanced find the software to be easy to use and very helpful.
Am also anxious for the mobile App form so could access on the go.
Our investors love the thorough and easy-to-use portal. The integration process was seamless and it has been a huge upgrade over our previous systems.

I am very pleased with the product and value of the software, it is built to handle corporations much larger and complex than us, but it is still user friendly to our needs, and is still affordable.
They take something that is already difficult for many people to understand and make it worse by having a terrible UI, and login and authentication process.
Certent is great to help me understand my equity grants. It, very clearly, lists out my grants and any relevant information.
Can be so fickle with timing of the activity. Not very fluid to correct misinformation from data uploads.
Their customer support is outstanding. When I've had an issue, they've addressed it immediately.
The software is missing some key features that will impact the future.
Ease of use, user interface friendly, great and timely customer support.
Reports have weird names. Refreshing to fidelity's isn't always the easiest.
The financial reporting is good and gets us where we need to be come audit time. Integration with various brokers is helpful for tailoring uses for different company needs.
This software is easy to use and the reporting tools are great.
The overall benefit of using Certent is that it has save us time during month-end.
Software provides forecasting which has been extremely powerful especially in these economic times.
The system can hand any time of award our organization would like to grant, and it has all the tools necessary for accounting, activity, and regulatory requirements.
It is a simple tool to help me keep track of my stock options.

I love mint and all of its features. I truly love the ease of tracking all transactions and being able to set budgets and integrate all your accounts automatically.
Some purchases are not updated quickly and will be placed in wrong categories.
Mint has been a tremendous lifesaver in helping me to aggregate all of my personal finance data into one single location.
I have about 25 accounts hooked up and it fails on 2-3 on a monthly basis. Typically you click it and reconnect and are fine, but frustrating when it doesn't update the correct budget information.
I love that Mint connects with all of your credit cards, bank accounts, and loans and gives you an easy to read list of balances, due dates, progress towards goals, and much more.
The automatic categorization makes the same mistakes until the user applies manual adjustments. The manual adjustment process is slow and has not been updated for at least 3 years.

Even worse, our accounting team managed investor reports via Excel reports which were cumbersome, time consuming to create, had errors, and we weren't always sure which was the latest version.
How easy the search function is. I like that I have a relationship with my customer service rep. He knows a little bit about my business so therefore can help me better.
We were provided with limited information and had to rely on customer service to get through the early stages.
We also believe that our clients really appreciate having a portal where they can go to view all of their investments with us. Overall, AppFolio has been a really great asset to have for our business.
And sometimes a fund invests in a property. Investors in our fund have a more limited view of the property than someone who invests directly in the property.

With the help of the videos and help of the staff it was a very nice expereince for me as a novis.
I had trouble making the data work for my needs -- I generally wanted to record more notes and information about the people and companies I was talking with, and pushing through the funnel.
I love the user interface; it is self-explanatory and easy to use. I also love the customer service; they have always been there when I needed help with something.
The inability to export the work done on the platform or import pipelines form other platforms, also the automation is poor, email automation is a must in this kind of tool.
Foundersuite is an excellent sales and relationship management tool. I am confident this tool will help us close the funding we need to be successful.
I found it difficult to access info and view people as I added more and more people to the platform. It may be because I'm just more adept with spreadsheets.
Foundersuite is a >10x improvement over spreadsheet or google sheet methods. I love the ease of searching for potential investors and moving them around the board as they get closer to investing.

This free software from Stessa works wonderfully for tracking expenses. When I had an issue, it was resolved immediately so customer service is top notch as well.
With my vision getting worse as I get older, it’s hard to read the numbers. I have to enlarge the numbers to read it.
This was easy to address with the software and when I asked for help on the "help me" message board, I got a complete, useful answer the next day.
It makes me a little bit nervous connecting my financial institutions to the website in light of all the hacking going on these days.
I think this is the best thing out there. Everything about Stessa is top notch from the product itself to the customer service.
As a single-entry accounting system, it comes with all the drawbacks associated with that method of accounting (no cross-checking, greater potential for error, no tracking of real accounts, etc.).
As an added bonus, I have critical information in real time that can help me make good decisions for the future. Haven't really even scratched the surface on this part but it's all there.

If my company stopped paying for Macabacus, I would pay for it out of pocket.

Overall, very happy that we moved over to them because it has saved us a lot of headaches and time with managing our capital partners.
Although the implementation process was time consuming and difficult, I regret not having done so sooner.
Very robust and easy to use. CRM integration is very powerful.

I'm able to manage my entire portfolios with StockMarketEye in a pretty good fashion. It's not perfect, but it's a good value and is really helpful to keep track on several portfolios.
Cash balance problems I had when uploading brokerage transactions and subsequent manual entries, it was very difficult to get the cash balance correct. I finally had to wipe it out in one case.
After a great deal of research I found this the most intuitive software with excellent reporting.
Sometimes I have to make minor corrections after the import. But it's a minor annoyance.
One of the easiest and best portfolio manager I used so far, excellent value, I use it every day to overview my holdings, runs smoothly and fast, better than online portfolio software.
There is no drawing or annotation functions in the charting functions.
Great - I am able to keep track of a large, diversified portfolio. A huge help for very fair money.
I am typically skeptical about buying softwares because I had unfortunate experiences where the developer stopped developing the software altogether.

The software also enables tracking and recording dividends, return of capital, interests, management fees, taxes, cash inputs, cash withdrawals, etc. which I record for any actual portfolios I create.
Packed with features global markets support, brokerage integration and more.
I'm able to manage my entire portfolios with StockMarketEye in a pretty good fashion. It's not perfect, but it's a good value and is really helpful to keep track on several portfolios.
Cash balance problems I had when uploading brokerage transactions and subsequent manual entries, it was very difficult to get the cash balance correct. I finally had to wipe it out in one case.
After a great deal of research I found this the most intuitive software with excellent reporting.
Sometimes I have to make minor corrections after the import. But it's a minor annoyance.
One of the easiest and best portfolio manager I used so far, excellent value, I use it every day to overview my holdings, runs smoothly and fast, better than online portfolio software.
There is no drawing or annotation functions in the charting functions.
Great - I am able to keep track of a large, diversified portfolio. A huge help for very fair money.
I am typically skeptical about buying softwares because I had unfortunate experiences where the developer stopped developing the software altogether.
Good value and a pleasure to use - It's easy and quick to set up and monitor the value of your stocks and portfolios using (delayed) free data streams. Has most common indicators too.
The ease with which I can organize my portfolios' and watch lists. Customer support was very responsive when I had an issue, responded very promptly.
It's a very useful feature that helps alert me to any sell/buy criteria I've set. I also like the ability to get up to date financial news from the app.
The software is the best to use for tracking the stock markets, globally. It supports multiple currencies, can be synched with several devices and comes with multiple portfolio support features.
It could be laid out diferently but it is overall excellent. I got this because I was tired of the endless debacle that is Quicken for a non-US Mac user and am happy.
Glancing through the documentation it looks as though the software is also capable of meeting the needs of professionals. I would underline the very good customer support that goes with the software.

Getting all of the data entered correctly is the biggest drawback to the product. It's a lot of keystrokes, and the possibility of error exists.
The software is really good but the customer service is fantastic. It's the primary reason I use the software with Covisum.

I like the software because it is easy to use and implement. But the greatest benefit in my mind is the customer support and customization that is available.
I have requested a Subject Access Report which they have totally ignored and are the most rude, arrogant and unhelpful company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
MRI has a great vendor partnership that allows the vendor to seamlessly integrate their software with MRI's databases. You get the best of both worlds.
I doubt MRI will reduce annual cost to make up for the loss of a program that we are receiving and paying for with the current software. Billing detail could be clearer.
I've had CallMax/MRI on my multi site properties for years, I love the option of texting and emailing blasts to residents and pricing is very reasonable. I like the automated answering service too.
The call back feature that blocks the personal number is only available in the emergency maintenance mailbox. All other mailboxes it shows the phone number.
My overall experience with MRI is positive and would recommend to anyone in the industry.
Stacking Plans can not download to excel. Printing Income Statement - suppress zeros does not work for our Custom Report.
MRI has also rolled out new features for the Public Housing market that is helping us get our jobs done better and faster. We can't wait for the newest software to come out.
