Artinove is an online tool specializing in the creation and management of invoices and estimates. Depending on the package selected, various functionalities are can be used. The basic package allows the creation of five accounting documents per month. All functions can be performed via a mobile application.
Artinove's paid-for package allows users to create as many accounting documents as necessary. A dashboard makes it possible to track the progress of invoices. Exports can be made to process the data on other software or simply to transmit the information to an accountant. In the most complete version, it is also possible to completely manage accounts. Issuing purchase orders and delivery notes are among the available functionalities.
Artinove's customization options make it possible to insert a logo and customize the documents according to a company's colors. It is designed to produce a professional result. An offline mode is available for those who do not always have Internet access. For security, updates are done in a transparent way, and data is saved to avoid loss.
