AspectCTRM is a cloud-based software, which helps organizations across agriculture, oil and gas, bunker trading and various other sectors monitor multiple commodities, credit, market and operational risks. Features include trade capture, VaR reporting, pre-trade analytics, audit trail, and group management.

The application enables traders to track the value of mark-to-market (MTM), cash positions, and profit and loss (P&L) as deals get updated or added in real-time. Risk managers can view previous trading activities, automatically calculate P&L, MTD, or YTD fluctuations, and record their positions by strategy, book, or location. The physical operation module allows team members to manage shipment activities for sea, land or pipeline, track inventory movements between storage locations, and estimate operational costs. Users can also perform quantitative risk assessment across multiple portfolios and identify events which resulted in exposure and position changes.

AspectCTRM’s financial operations management module lets businesses track cost capture, from actualization to invoicing and cash allocation. Users can match incoming/outgoing invoices against costs, verify third-party invoices, identify inaccuracies, and manage logs. Credit managers can also set and standardize credit or treasury department policies and identify problems for both financial and physical deals.
