Pros
The ze has amazing technical team had pleasure working with few folks i would to mention.
Its very robust and handles all our data needs.
Software Ease of use and support and integration with other systems and sources.
Cons
New data is reflected a bit late than required with many times data is missing too. Need to raise a ticket very often regarding problems.
Sometimes, when the data is not available on a particular date, report goes into error. We have to follow a process which takes another 2 minutes.
Some process changes and enhancement have to go through change control, which at times can delay implementation.
